PrepCrest

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a PrepCrest plan and when you get your money back. It applies to plans bought on prepcrest.in and in the PrepCrest Android app, and follows the EazeByte Refund & Cancellation Policy. Plans and prices are set out in our Terms of Use.

1. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until it expires, and you are not charged again. The 3-day pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

The free trial costs nothing and needs no payment details, so it never needs cancelling.

2. When we refund

We refund in full, without argument, where:

3. When we do not

We do not refund the unused part of a period when you cancel part-way through it — you keep access to the end instead. Renewals that were charged before you cancelled, and a 3-day pass once it has opened, are not refunded except under section 2.

We would rather say this plainly than bury it. If you think your circumstances are an exception, write to us — we read every one.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@eazebyte.com from the email or phone number registered on your account, with:

For a Google Play purchase you can also ask Google directly, through Google Play's refund request; Google decides those under its own refund policy.

5. How refunds are paid

6. Problems and disputes

If something is wrong with a payment, please come to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — it is almost always faster. Our Grievance Officer is Manmohan Yadav, EazeByte Technologies Private Limited, Innov8 UCP, 9th Floor, Tower D, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurugram (Haryana) 122001, support@eazebyte.com, +91 8708133055. We acknowledge within 1 working day and aim to resolve within 15 days.
