This policy applies to the PrepCrest mobile app
(in.prepcrest.prepcrest) and to prepcrest.in. PrepCrest is a study app for
school students. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who it is shared
with, how long it is kept, and how you can have it deleted.

We collect only what the app needs to run. We do not sell personal data.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, calendar, SMS or files. It contains no advertising, and no advertising or analytics trackers.
Each is requested when you first use the feature, and you can refuse or revoke it in Android settings.
We share data only with service providers that operate the app for us:
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if required by law.
Our own servers are located in India. Some of the providers above are global services, so limited data — such as a push notification token, or the audio and video of a live class while it is in progress — may be processed on servers outside India. We use these providers only to run features you have asked for.
PrepCrest is intended for school students. Where the law requires a parent or guardian to consent on behalf of a child, the account must be created with that consent. A parent or guardian may contact us at the address above to review, correct or delete their child's data.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 7 working days, except where Indian law requires us to retain a record for longer.
