Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your PrepCrest account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to make that request, what gets deleted, and what we have to keep.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@eazebyte.com from the email address registered to your PrepCrest account.
Use the subject line Delete my PrepCrest account.
Include the name on the account. Do not include your password — we will never ask for it.
We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. If a student is under the age at which they can consent for themselves, the request should come from a parent or guardian.

Email us to delete your account

Deletion is permanent. Your study history, progress and results cannot be recovered afterwards, and the same data will not be restored if you sign up again later.

What is deleted

Your name, email address and phone number
Your sign-in credentials and any linked Google or Microsoft sign-in
Your study activity — lessons, practice, quiz attempts, scores and progress
Messages you sent in chat
Your device notification token

What we keep, and for how long

How long deletion takes

We acknowledge your request within 1 working day and complete the deletion within 7 working days of verifying it. We confirm by email when it is done.
